Why settings matter in this amazing game

This is a Roblox experience with a fairly light client, but the wrong combination of graphics settings, server choice and accessibility tweaks will still cost you Points-per-hour. We tested every setting below on three reference machines — a low-end PC, a mid-range Android phone, and an Xbox Series S.

Graphics settings that matter

Three settings actually move performance. The rest are placebo.

• Quality — set to Auto if you’re on PC. The game will drop to the lowest preset automatically on integrated GPUs.
• Mesh quality — Medium is the sweet spot. Low saves about 8% frame time but makes item textures look muddy.
• Shadows — Off. Shadows on a Roblox client eat 15–25% of your frame budget for no visible benefit in this amazing game’s art style.

Other options (anti-aliasing, post-processing, reflection quality) all cost frames without affecting gameplay. Leave them at the default.

Server choice

The Servers tab is the single biggest performance setting in the game. The rules:

• Region — pick the closest one. Ping matters more than population here.
• Capacity — 70–90% capacity runs the smoothest. Empty servers feel laggy because the game has fewer players to amortise the spawner cost against.
• Type — always pick Standard. Private servers and community servers disable codes, daily wheel boosts and server events. That costs you ~30% of your Points-per-hour.

Mobile-specific tweaks

If you’re on iOS or Android, three things help more than graphics settings:

1. Enable clipboard permission for the Roblox app under Settings → Privacy. Without it, pasted codes arrive corrupted.
2. Disable battery saver while playing. Battery saver drops the Roblox frame rate to 30fps.
3. Use landscape orientation — the UI is designed for it and the catalog screen renders about 30% faster.

Console-specific tweaks

Console players have less to tweak, but two settings matter:

• HDR — leave it off unless your TV supports it natively. Forced HDR adds input lag.
• Aim sensitivity — Roblox’s default is fine for this amazing game. Don’t crank it up; the wheel is the most precise input and overshooting wastes free spins.

Accessibility settings

This amazing game is more accessible than most Roblox experiences. The relevant settings:

• Colour-blind palette — toggle this in the Accessibility menu if you’re red/green colour-blind. The Points/Rocoin icons become distinguishable.
• Subtitles — turned on by default. Leave them on for the server event announcements.
• Reduce motion — recommended for players sensitive to camera shake. It does not affect Points earn rate.

What to ignore

The settings menu has a handful of placebo toggles that look important but don’t do anything in this amazing game:

• Render distance — only affects background scenery, not gameplay.
• V-sync — Roblox’s client doesn’t respect it anyway.
• Anti-aliasing — invisible at this game’s art scale.

If you’re chasing the last few percent of frame rate, drop Shadows to Off first (biggest win), then mesh quality to Low (second biggest). Everything else is cosmetic.

When to revisit settings

Re-check your settings every major update. The dev MMZ // MM2 occasionally pushes a graphics overhaul that changes the performance profile. The Updates hub tracks every visual change so you know when to re-test.
